Vickie Denise Rembert (Turner) was born on October 11, 1958 in Birmingham, Alabama to her father, Jesse Rembert and mother, Wilma Lee George. Vickie moved to Portland, Oregon where she attended Jefferson High School.

Vickie was a CNA, She loved being able to take care of people. Vickie has 4 children, two boys and two girls . Kevin Dewayne Rembert is the oldest of the bunch then Victoria Williams, Joseph Lee Williams JR. and the youngest Markquala Bradley.

Vickie has 11 grandchildren that she loved and adored very much. She has many cousins and close relatives that she loved dearly. She was a very out going God fearing woman. She loved her family and her God.

Vickie was very loved by all and will truly be missed.
