Irma “Shireen” Moore 

October 20, 1942 - August 26, 2021

Shireen, 78 of Portland Oregon passed away peacefully at her home with her family on August 26, 2021.   She was born on October 20, 1942 to Thomas and Shireen Williamson in Portland, Oregon. Shireen attended and graduated from Jefferson High School. 

Shireen had three children and raised them while working off and on at a retirement home. Being a mother and grandmother were the most important parts of Shireen’s life and the role she enjoyed greatly.  

In her spare time, she enjoyed watching the NBA Portland Trailblazers, cooking and watching her childrens’ dogs. Most importantly she enjoyed just spending time with her family.  She was the most caring, loving person and had a great sense of humor. She would go out her way to give anything to help anyone out always. Her infectious personality will be missed by all. 

Shireen is survived by her husband, Sandy Moore Sr., children, Sandy Moore Jr, Denyse Moore, Dorysa Moore, granddaughter, Bella Moore and sister, Audre’ Williamson.  

No service will be held. In lieu of flowers, please consider providing a donation to Halsey East Animal Clinic in memory of Shireen Moore. Shireen had a love for animals and the clinic spent many hours caring for the animals in her family.
