Randon LeeMar Chaney, 41, of Portland, Oregon, passed away on January 1, 2022 at his home from cardiac arrest / COVID.

Randon was born September 27th, 1980 at Kaiser Permanente in Portland, Oregon to  parents, Amelia Denise Moore and Steven Michael Chaney.

Randon grew up in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. He was the first child in the family becoming basically everyone’s child. Randon lived by his own rules, which lead him to become an entrepreneur of several small businesses, a musician for beats and bars, and an avid fisherman and boater. He was a friend to many, but most of all and the truest love of his life - being a father and grandfather. Randon was greatly loved and he will be greatly missed by all.

He is preceded in death by: Aunts Teresa Ransom, Earlleene Lopez, Mittie and Robert Donaldson 2nd, and Sandra Johnson; Willie Jackson; grandmother, Inez Chaney; and his  grandfather, Elbert Burnel.

Randon is survived by his grandmother, Mildred Hill; grandfather, Don Tillman; mother, Amelia Moore; father, Steven Michael Chaney; step-father, Paul Moore; aunt, Glynnis Woods; children: Ariyanna Bates, Kaylee Chaney, Michael Chaney, Zamar Chaney, and Ameliana Chaney; stepchildren, Robert White, Lariah Dominguez, and Darshawn Cross; grandson, Amauz Carter; siblings, Chuck Chaney, Tiairre Chaney, Steven Chaney Jr, Nicholas Chaney, Tashara Chaney, Harlum Chaney, Chanz Chaney, and Aunastie Chaney; Big Little Sister Tamiko Aytch; as well as a host of many more extended family and  close friends.

Donations accepted for his children in lieu of flowers.
