Phyllis Marlene Casey was born to parents Phillip and Willie Casey in Portland, Oregon. The things she enjoyed in life was traveling, arts & crafts, eating seafood. She loved her two cats Friskers and Marbles as if they were her kids. Phyllis loved the Lord. Her family consist of sister, Alfreda Nelson; brother, Phillip Casey III (deceased); sisters, Blanche Hagger, Priscilla Casey, Iris Holt and Gail Flowers (deceased).

Phyllis will be truly missed.
