Phillip Arthur Casey III

Phillip was the only son born to Phillip Arthur Casey Jr. and Willie Ella Casey who preceded him in death. He attended Boise elementary grade school and went on to attend an all boys school Benson Tech. After high school, he joined the coastguard. Later he became the supervisor for the city of Portland. Phillip loved tasty food which came from his mother’s cooking and opened a restaurant called Casey’s barbecue. He loved cooking holiday meals, and inviting family and friends. He loved travelling and spending time at the beach house. He was in a loving relationship with Lynell Carr over 26 years.

He was the proud father of Devon Howard, Phillip A Casey IV, Tanisha Casey, Willie Casey and Chatuisha Casey  preceded in death. He also had six sisters Alfredia Nelson, Phyllis Casey, Blanche Hagger, Priscilla Casey, Iris Holt, Gail Flower preceded in death. He also leaves grandchildren Tyrisha Hayes, Phillip V Casey, Kloe Casey, Danaya Casey, Davieonna Brown, and a host of nieces and nephews. You’ll surely be missed but not forgotten, rest in peace.
