Niesha Nicole Fuller was born on June 20, 1980, to Jacqueline Fuller and Seymour McCarthy in Portland, Oregon. On January 3rd, 2026, surrounded by family and friends, Niesha was called home to be with the Lord. In the 16,633 days God blessed us with her presence on this earth, she poured love, kindness, and joy into the lives of so many.
Niesha was a devoted employee at Providence Hospital, the very place where she peacefully took her final breath. She worked in several places throughout her life, but the place that held her heart was Nike. Her five-year anniversary there meant so much to her, along with the lifelong friendships she formed during her time there.
Niesha was a beautiful soul, full of love, laughter, and light. Her spirit shined as brightly as her favorite color, red. She never met a stranger and had a God-given gift of making people feel seen, supported, and loved. Her compassion and generosity touched countless lives and will continue to live on through those she loved.
Above all, Niesha cherished being a mother. She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Saniah, who was her greatest joy and purpose. She also leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Jacqueline; her father, Seymour; her siblings on both her mother’s and father’s sides; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Though our hearts are heavy, we rejoice knowing that Niesha now rests in eternal peace, wrapped in God’s love, watching over us until we meet again.
