Matthew John Schreiber

Apostle Matt Schreiber was radically saved and filled with the Holy Spirit in 1980 and began preaching, traveling and ministering musically. His revelatory teachings have always included leadership courses and training in the five-fold ministry offices. He was first ordained in 1989. Throughout his years in ministry, Matt served as an associate pastor and worship pastor under five different ministries. In 1995 the Lord spoke to him to start his own church which was called Agape Worship Center. There were three such churches birthed with that name under his ministry.

Matt was called by God as an apostle in 1999. A prophet sent by God to the church he was serving at the time as associate/worship Pastor came and released on him the mantel of an Apostle to the nations. Several in the church community by and large over the years have recognized Matt’s working in the full functions of the Apostolic ministry. After his release as an Apostolic minister in 1999, the Lord spoke to Matt again and he started a church known as the Epicenter and then he started Gateway Worship Center. In 2025 he started Open Heaven Worship Center.

Matt Ministered faithfully over the years with ministries in Oregon and Washington as well as his service in the early 1990s for the International Ministries, like Benny Hinn, Billy Graham and Promise Keepers.

In the last forty plus years, God used him to train people in the fivefold especially, in the office of Apostle and Prophet. He was also used to minister to senior overseers of the churches daily.

Within the last few years, Apostle Matt received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity, an honorary Doctor of Psychology as well as the study of God’s word to the equivalent of a Masters in Theology.
