Malik Rhythm Branch

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Malik Branch on  March 2, 2022. 

Deborah Santos and Roy Branch welcomed Malik into this world on May 12, 1977 in Tacoma, Washington. 

In his youth, Malik was regarded as a strong, caring, and wise child. This was the kind of man who wouldn't care how far he had to go to help others, he just took action. His love was endless and intense. As life is said to be the best teacher, he has learnt that his most important possession is his family.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Ayiana Branch; mother, Deborah Santos; grandmother, Betty Head; girlfriend, Sara; sisters, Maliks Branch, Cicley Siose, Casey Lane, Sedyra Branch, Wendelin Branch, and Brendelin Branch; brothers, Jackie Johnson and Ruben Siose; as well as many other relatives and friends. Malik was also a loving uncle to twenty-two children and grand uncle to thirty-two children.

Malik met his sister, Amabile Petlig, at heavens gates, along with his fathers, Roy Branch and Papa (Angel Santos); great-grandparents, Roy Senior and Margaret Branch; and nephews, Rhein Siose and Bennie Branch. 

Those who knew him - will deeply miss him. He was a bright light in this world. We will mourn naturally, but we will also celebrate as he would want us to. We take comfort in knowing that Malik is now at peace and surrounded by light.
