Louise (Kinsey) Noble was born in Tallulah, Louisiana to James Butler and Samella Brazil on January 27, 1936. On December 17, 2022, Louise was called home.
Louise and her family moved from Louisiana to Vancouver, Washington in 1941. Louise attended Jefferson High School in Portland, Oregon. Louise attended a business school to further her education, Louise worked for Providence Hospital, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and the Human Resources Council.
Louise was a member of the Jack & Jills Social Club and held officer positions in the AARP Chapter 5264 for many years. She was a socialite who loved to "dress to impress." She was an expert card player and loved to play bingo.......and we mean LOVED.
Louise was blessed with four children, Michael, Linda, Tanya, and Malcolm. Louise married Lloyd Noble on April 7, 1960.
Louise loved the Lord and believed in the power of prayer. During her life, she was a member of New Hope Baptist Church (Pastor Robert C. Jointer), Emanuel Temple Full Gospel Pentecostal Church (Bishop A.A. Wells), and Church of the Living God (Rev. Roy G. Maxie). In 2011, Louise joined Bethesda Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Robert C. Jointer and served on the Mothers Board.
Louise was preceded in death by her mother, Samella Brazil; father, James Butler; brother, John Phillips of Tallulah, LA; son, Michael Kinsey-Kelly; daughter, Linda Noble; and grandson, George Randall Jr.
Louise is survived by her brother, Tracy Taylor of Tallulah, LA; sisters, Doll Kelly of Portland, OR, Glenda Taylor of Tallulah, LA, and Leslie Smith of Las Vegas, NV; daughter, Tanya Williams; son, Malcolm Noble; son-in-law, Lorenzo Williams; granddaughters, Sheila Randall, Ebony Plamondon, April Harper, Chevelle Mays, Taylor Ward, and Lorrie Harper; grandsons, Malcolm Harper, Tremell Doyle, and Martin Plamoondon III; nephews, Kenny Kelly, Douglas Kelly, Tony Kelly and Gregory Kelly; great grandchildren, Akyla Randall, Sabrina Clark, Linda Agum, Amani Plamondon, Cabriana Harper, Kaelli Randall, Malcolm Harper Jr., Martin Plamondon IV, Lea Rose Plamondon, Justin Mayes, Jasmin Mays, and Nevin Mays; and a host of great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Louise taught and modeled unconditional love. Louise's presence on this earth will be GREATLY missed.
