Lorenza Juan-Felipe

Lorenza Juan-Felipe passed away on Saturday September 28, 2024 at the age of 54, after suffering many health problems; heart failure, Kidney failure, diabetes, and liver disease. Beside her passing, we had her beloved daughter, cousins and her close friends, all saying goodbye with tears and hearts shattered.

Lorenza was born on December 22, 1969. She was from San Rafael Huehutenango Guatemala, where she grew up living with both parents. After living for 15 years, she decided to move away from her hometown, and started a living journey.

She never went to school, but always worked hard for her family and parents. She had seven amazing children. Growing up loving with them, even with hard
times, she always had them in her mind.

At the age 35 she met her husband “Gaspar Tomas Francisco”. Loving each other
growing up with goals and creating a family. They had one daughter, Maria
Tomas Juan, her last daughter created love and cherish every moment she had with her. One big goal she achieved was being a US citizen. Lorenza enjoyed walking, shopping, cooking, dancing, loving her culture and spending time with family and friends. She loved to pray and sing to God. She would say, “God is my friend , he will protect”.

Her favorite color was “burgundy” she was filled with a colorful personality. She has a little kitty of her own named “Buttercup”, she always talked to her
little animal and adored it. She was always a cheerful person and a goofy one too. She always had a beautiful smile that made people smile back.

Lorenza’s memory will be cherished in all of our hearts. Her kindness, warmth and generous spirit will be greatly missed.
