Gregory Graham Obituary

Mr. Gregory Graham was born on November 22, 1951, in Portland, Oregon, to Lillian and Lee Graham, and was raised by Telesmar and Ruby Andrews.

He attended Irvington Grade School and graduated from Grant High School in 1970. Greg went on to attend the University of Oregon, where he studied Finance and Political Science. Greg graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in 1975.

Greg was a student athlete and an avid runner. He ran track for Grant High School and was part of the team that won multiple state track championships. Greg also ran track at the University of Oregon and was part of the track team that included the long-distance runner Steve Prefontaine. Greg’s love for running and fitness remained a constant in his life. He could always be found running on the Grant High School track, lifting weights, or practicing yoga.

Greg worked as a state of Oregon Bank Examiner after finishing college. For the last 20 years, Greg has worked for the Internal Revenue Service—a job he loved for the complexities of the duties of his position.

Greg loved reading and learning. He had zeal for knowledge and was a frequent book reader. The thicker the book, the better for Greg.

He was a lifelong member of the Church of the Living God, PGT Temple No. 2, where he attended and tithed regularly.
