Elana Evonne Richie

Elana Evonne Richie, affectionately known to her family as Kizzy, was born March 3,1977 in Portland Oregon to Scott Richie and Sandra Davis. Both
preceded her in death. Kizzy attended Harriet Tubman middle school, and graduated Monroe High School in 1995.

Her life would be forever changed December 2nd, 1995, with the birth of her first child Sahdija Fletcher. Six years later, Anthony Fletcher and Kizzy added to their family by celebrating the birth of their second child, Serenity fletcher.During this time Kizzy, being the mother of a high needs child, made a heartfelt decision to give all her time, effort, and energy to her children. She went on to have two more children K’laun and Kevin Jr, who were fathered by Kevin Preston. In the late 2000’s Kizzy added to her family by accepting Jacavis Pachel hand in marriage. Although separated, the two remained friends until her passing. Throughout the years Kizzy was known for having a big heart, she opened her doors to all family and friends that needed a place to stay.

Elana Evonne Richie (Kizzy) predeceased by her Father Scott Richie, Mother Sandra Davis, Stepfather, Stanley Winston, Grandmother Nettie Freemen, Preston Elijah Richie (Big Daddy), Earlyman Richie (Big Momma) uncle Jimmy Freeman.

She leaves to mourn her children; Sahdija Fletcher, Serenate Fletcher, K’laun Preston, Kevin Preston Jr; 2 Brothers Lamar Winston, Samuel Winston,; 2
Sisters Selena Taylor, and Letha Winston; 6 Nephews Lamar Winston JR, Elija Winston, Emarion Winston, Keyson Winston, Gregory Taylor III, and Eugene Winston, and 2 nieces Jatasia Winston, and Gianna Taylor. A host of Aunties and Uncles and other relatives.

Kizzy will forever be known as one of the most caring, compassionate, and loving souls. The world is a sadder place without Kizzy in our lives. Kizzy touched each and every one of us, and has left us with memories we will cherish forever.
