Born June 18th , 1950, she was 73 years of age. Diane was an incredibly strong black woman with lots of motivation and ambition as she demonstrated in actions in her life and others. She was proceeded in death by her parents, James and Grace Storey, Brothers James and Lawrence, sister Patricia and ex-husband Henry Hawkins Taylor Jr.
She is survived by her one and only son Henry Hawkins Taylor III. Her grandchildren Alysha Raeann Rhinehart, Henry Hawkins Taylor IV, and Kendric James Taylor. She also is survived by a very special great granddaughter, Avery Stephanie Taylor one son/brother-in-law Donald Wayne Taylor.
Diane was a very hard-working woman. She has held down two and sometimes three jobs at a time. For 30 plus years she was a full-time employee at the VA Hospital and Quest Diagnostics, and on occasion a third job at US Bank as a Customer Service agent. With this busy schedule, she still found time for the kids and had a good relationship with many long-time friends that date as far back as high school.
Needles to say, Diane was a very proud, independent human being that loves God, Jesus Christ our Lord and savior who strengthened her to be victorious and the woman valor she was.
Diane Marie Storey-Taylor again was a very strong independent black woman. In the bible Diane or Diana means luminous and perfect, so raise your hands in glory because, whatever part she played in your lives, Diane was luminous and perfect.
