Deondre' Cabine Obituary

Deondré was born January 28, 1994 in Portland Oregon and raised in North Carolina from the age of nine months old.   Deondré accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior in 2005 and was baptized shortly thereafter at University Memorial Baptist Church, Charlotte NC. Following high school graduation from Phillip O Berry Academy of Technology he attended UNC-Charlotte to study Graphic Design and took classes at Central Piedmont Community College. Deondré moved back to the Pacific Northwest in 2015.

Deondré lived life with a pursuit for happiness.  In his youth he was recognized as being an avid accelerated reader, designed his high school senior year book cover as well as the senior-class wall mural, tutored college students in Math/Statistics, and loved playing chess, especially during timed-tournament competitions.  Deondré was also athletic, he loved track, swimming and had an opportunity to play Rugby in high school.  He pursued entrepreneurship with a passion, and was a motorcycle enthusiast.

Deondré was proud and often bragged about his “two families”.  He is survived by his mother, Karen Yvette Abraham of Charlotte NC; his father, Antonio L Cabine Sr (Terry-Ann) of Happy Valley OR; five brothers, Antonio L Cabine Jr of Portland OR, Jaden DeShaun Abraham of Happy Valley OR, Bryson Khalil Cabine of Happy Valley OR, Carver Malik Cabine of Happy Valley OR and Chad Williams Jr. of Charlotte NC; two sisters, Tea’ LaChé Yvette Cunningham of Charlotte NC, and Ava Simone Cabine of Happy Valley OR; three uncles, Brandon Cabine of Gresham OR, Andre A. Abraham (Leslie) of West Linn OR, and Marcus Abraham of Wilmington NC; aunt, Stacey Abraham of Wilmington NC; Great-Grandmother Faye Bryant Mack of Portland OR, Grandmother Marion Sanders-Abraham of Portland OR; Godparents Bishop Kenneth (Sharon) Yelverton of Charlotte NC; significant other Monique ”NeNe” Bowens of Vancouver WA, as well as a host of great-aunts, great-uncles, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

Deondré was loved by many, and will be truly missed.
