Obituary

Dashawn Marquis Hudson was Born to Elnathan Hudson Jr. and Helen Leal on August 27th, 1983 at Kaiser Hospital in Portland, Oregon. He attended Martin Luther King and Humboldt Elementary School before leaving with his mother to Hermiston, Oregon. There he attended McNary Heights Middle School. Later, Dashawn attended Grant High School here in Portland, Oregon.
 

Dashawn landed his first job at Kiss Carwash, where he felt real official - he absolutely loved that job!! Throughout his life, Dashawn worked various odd jobs here and there.
Although taken too soon from this world, he lived a good, fun and adventurous life.


He had two  boys with Jenni White, a son with Jaime Ybarra, and a daughter with ShaSheila Campbell, before meeting and marrying his wife, Zainab. Together, Zainab and Dashawn had four children of their own.


Dashawn loved to joke... Lol He was funny.. He also loved sports, fishing, swimming, baseball, basketball ball, duck hunting, but most of he loved to dress . He was very well dressed man. He also loved spending time with his family and was really good at movie trivia.

Dashawn was preceded in death by Elnathan Hudson Sr., Louise Hudson, Althea Mae Phillips, Danny D. Leal, Steven Leal, Victor Phillips, Kelly Brister, and Rosella Brister.

He is survived by his wife, Zainab Hudson; father, Elnathan Hudson Jr.; mother, Helen Leal; stepmother, Raette Hudson; sister, Shereale Hudson; brothers, Nathan Hudson and Elnathan Hudson III; stepbrother, Cornelius Jefferson; his children, Dayshawn Hudson, Danathan Hudson, Marcus White, Dayshawna Hudson, Zyminna Hudson, Daizya Hudson, Zayla Hudson, and Dailor Hudson; Oh and let's not forget to mention Uncle Albert, Dashawn, Baby; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends.
