Bonnie Chinn Obituary

Bonnie Jean Hall was born on November the 8th, 1948 to Andrew Hall and Laura Dean (Kibbett) Hall in Bracketville, Texas.  Bonnie was the fourth child of six children.  After the death of her mother, Bonnie and her siblings were raised by her father's brother, Albert Daniels and his wife, Arbella, in Portland, Oregon.

Bonnie attended Highland Elementary School (which is now Martin Luther King  Elementary School) and she graduated from Jefferson High School, in Portland, Oregon.  Bonnie was married to Calvin McCray and they had three sons. Shawn McCray, Mario McCray and Syrell McCray. Later in life and after Calvin's passing, Bonnie marred Robert Chinn. They were married for 27 years.

Bonnie worked for many years, at the Jantzen Inc. Company and after leaving Jantzen, she worked at the Meier & Frank Company, which is now Macy's, in the Gift Wrap and Bridal Departments.  Bonnie loved her job at Meier & Frank and enjoyed meeting new customers  and working with the couples who were planning their upcoming wedding.   One of the BIG highlights of her job at Meier & Frank was having the opportunity to go to London, England and having the opportunity to meet Princess Sarah Ferguson.
