Tylone Layette Tolliver

Tylone was born December 12, 1993 at OHSU weighing in at 6 lbs. 7 oz to parents George Tolliver and Janet Best. Tylone grew up in Northeast Portland with six siblings, McClenon Tolliver, Leola “Tolliver” Settles, Anthony Tolliver, Keileen Tolliver, Teresa Glass and Leslie Garth.
Tylone attended Humboldt elementary, SEI Academy middle school and Grant high school.
Tylone has a surviving son, Zaylyn James Tolliver. Tylone loved him dearly, Zaylyn was Tylone’s everything his motivation, his peace, his joy, and his heartbeat.
Tylone was a social butterfly, he was always about good times, laughter, smiles and full of jokes. Although life was full of
challenges, Tylone always found a way to smile through it all.
One of the ways he dealt with life's challenges was “freestyling/rapping.” He would freestyle about all types of things, life,
survival, money, family, and finding a better way. Tylone also
enjoyed playing baseball and throwing knives - he had a really strong Arm with great precision.  Tylone was a really funny person, someone you really enjoyed being around because it was always good times.
Tylone was a big man but on the inside full of love, compassion, and charity. If he had it, you had it.
