Reva Mae Lawrence was born May 15th, 1947 to Annie Isabelle Grier (now Jennings) and Meade Lee Grier Sr. in Twinnsburg, Ohio. Reva was 71 years of age when she passed away December 15, 2018. Reva was preceded in death by her father, Meade Lee Grier Jr. (Brother), Judith Anne Brooks (Sister), Charles Edward Lawrence (husband), and Brian Earl Ballard (son).

Reva is survived by her mother Annie Isabelle Grier (now, Jennings), brothers Mardas, James, and Richard Jennings, sister Cheryl Jennings, children Earle Grier, Cleo Grier, Laverne Ballard, Vanessia Crawford and a number of  stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, family and friends.

She attended Elliott Elementary, and Washington Monroe High School in Portland, Oregon.

Reva worked for many years as a Certified Nurse’s Aid (CNA) all over the Portland-metro area. Reva enjoyed card games and other social events, and shared a special love for her cat Skippy. Reva will be layed to rest, where she will join her late husband at Willamette National Cemetery on December 27th, 2018.
