Michael Ray Williams also known to Family as “Hoppy” Also known to his Friends as “Dog Pound” was a Man upon this Earth, Now no longer November 21, 2018. As a child, Hoppy was outspoken, observed everything around him and allowed those experiences good and bad to shape who he would become as a Man and like us all he battled hardships and struggles.
Hoppy attended Thomas Jefferson High School for a short time 1967-1968
Hoppy loved his last known job at Columbia Wool Scouring Mill where he worked from 1976-1990 and met several life long Friends while employed there.
Hoppy loved Fishing and was an avid Sports and Olympics fan. His earlier years he was very active roller skating. Dog Pound loved playing Pool, Pit Bulls and Boxers and Classic and Exotic Cars. Dog Pound kept his mind sharp by researching different aspects of History, drawing, and completing Cross Word Puzzles.
Our Beloved Michael Ray Williams is survived by his adult Children; Sharon Marie, Anthony, Chanda, Jamelia, Tiara, Cobie and Courtney. His Mother; Thelma Williams his Father Raymond Williams preceded him in death August 2012. Siblings; Roy, Shirley, Lynda and Darell, A host of loving Grandchildren as well as loving Nieces, Nephews and his Companion Geraldine Tanner.
