Christopher Lee Obituary

Min. Christopher Darrell Lee, age 60, of Portland, Oregon, left this earth on Thursday, May 2, 2019 and went to spend eternity with his Lord. At his passing, he was at home surrounded by loving family and friends.

Min Lee was born on February 26, 1959 in Buffalo, New York to Jessie Lee, Jr.(deceased) & Alice Lee, he was the fourth of six children. Christopher was raised in a loving, Christian home. After straying for a time, he returned to his Christian roots and rededicated his life to the Lord.

He was a bus driver and a limousine driver by profession. Min. Lee also was an avid car collector.

Christopher was a gifted and anointed vocalist and musician. He sang back up with the gospel group Mary, Mary. Even while being ill, he made his way to the House of the Lord on Sundays and ushered in the Spirit of the Lord in song and music. Min. Lee was also a gospel preacher and loved the Lord. He loved people and was concerned about their well-being and their soul and eternal destination. He was always on the lookout for items he knew other people could use. Min. Lee was not a man of many words; he had a quiet spirit, but his character and the light of Christ he portrayed spoke loudly of him!

He leaves to cherish his memory; wife, Michelle (Payne) Lee; his children, David, Vanessa, Adrian, Cristina, Alice of northern, CA, Niki, Joshua, Caleb, Zion, Ivan, Aaliyah of Portland, OR; two grandchildren; mother, Alice(Lee) Reynolds of Portland, OR; brother, Jesse Lee (Glenda) of Long Beach, CA; sisters, Mary Anne Lee of Duncan, MS., Michelle Lee and Tanya Lee of Portland, OR; and a host of relatives and friends.
