Charles E. Warren, Sr. was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. His parents Mae and Raymond Warren, Sr. welcomed him into the world on December 21, 1966. The heavenly father called him on home to glory on May 13, 2019 surrounded by family and friends. Charles was one of three children, brother Raymond Warren Jr. and sister Regina Warren both of Portland, Oregon.
Charles graduated from Peninsular Elementary School and Jefferson High School. Charles lettered all 4 years of high school, in football, basketball, track and baseball. Charles biggest disappoint was when he hurt his wrist and was unable to play in the championship basketball game between Roosevelt and Jefferson High School at the Memorial Coliseum. He also attended Shoreline Community College. Charles worked at UPS while attending high school and as adult he worked at R & H Construction Company until he became too ill to continue.
Charles found the Lord and joined Consumed by the Harvest Church and was baptized under the leadership of Reverend Bennie Moore Sr. Where he began to build his relationship with Christ.
Charles enjoyed Many things throughout his life; we all know that Charles loved to dress, his favorite colors were red and white, and he loved riding around in his Cadillac listening to music. Charles was an honest genuine loving person, he loved people especially his family and having fun was a must.
One of Charles’s greatest supporters was Ezelle Swain, he was consistent and supported him in all his sports. Charles and Ezelle loved sharing time together talking and Charles loved him dearly.
Charles E. Warren Sr. was preceded in death by both sets of Grandparents and a host of other family members and friends. He leaves to celebrate his memory, Mother and Father, Mae and Raymond Warren Sr.; Brother, Raymond Warren Jr.; Sister, Regina Warren; Children; Daughters, Angeleque Warren, Maylasia Warren, Sandrisa Palmer, Kenyatta Richmond; Sons, Rodsney Warren, Charles E. Warren Jr., Antonio Johnson, and Kelvin McDonald; and grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
