Teresa Monett Lowe-Young was born April 18, 1964 to the parents of Doris Ann Lowe and Henry Lee Lowe (both deceased).
Teresa attended Sabin Elementary where she enjoyed volunteering as T.A. in the “Special Education” classroom. She also attended Cedar Park Middle School, Grant High School, Adams High School and Mt. Hood Community College. She received her degree at the school of “Hard Knocks”.
