Vastina White

Vastina Maria White was born on February 15, 1968 to Vastine White Jr. & Ginger Maria White. Vastina attended Sabin elementary and Beaumont middle school. She attended Roosevelt HS participating basketball, and ran track which kept her in great physical shape. You could find Vastina at a lake in Saint Paul or Snake River fishing, which was her favorite hobby.

 Vastina became a young mom giving birth to her only son Andre White, whom she loved dearly. Vastina later married Vinson White, to this union Ashley white was born in 1993, she felt so much joy having a little girl.

In 1988 she attended media talent & cusics modeling agency, which was a great experience. After four years of modeling for various agencies, Vastina at the age of 22  had a career change to a TriMet bus operator for two years. Vastina loved making her money. She loved high fashion. Her next career change was working for Owens Illinois for nine years.

Her last child was the apple of her eye, Alexis Coclough was born on Ashley’s 10th birthday in 2003. Alexis’ father Timothy Coclough whom she met and married in 2003. Living such a blissful life Tina was congratulated when she realized she was going to be a grandmother to Kobe and Kuba Soto, which were the happiest days of her life . She loved her grandchildren so much. Tina will be remembered through all of her family & her pets from which she also adored more than anything.

Vastina is preceded in death by her loving parents, Vastine White Jr. & Ginger M White; grand parents, Vastine White Sr. & Mozell White, William Roper and Reba I. Roper; sisters, Geraldine Nicole Moore, Theresa R. M. White; uncles, Walter Roper, William Earl Roper, Thomas L. Moore, Kevin B. White; and aunt, Patricia Moore.

She leaves to cherish her memories children,  Andre O White, Ashley White, Alexis T Coclough; grandsons Kobe & Kuba soto; her pet dog “Noodles”; siblings:, Juanita & Jerry Prentice, Vastine (Doug)White III; nieces, Tinisha White, Tiffany Carter, Makayla & Mya Prentice; nephews, Alex Lewis, Kyrie Prentice.; aunts, Karen Polk, Linda Hobaugh, Deborah Roper (Johnnie) Pamela Brooks, Cynthia Lambert (Stan); uncles:, Roy & Patrick Moore, Gary Roper (Debra) Kenneth D. White; and a host of cousins and friends.
